How Custom Orders Work
You know ahead of time what you will order - with prints selected, etc. If you want an applique done and want to discuss it some, just put in the notes field - applique work, to be discussed (Note: You are allowed to change your order in the future, but if you do I request an entirely new order made through the website shopping cart.) I like to know exactly what you will be ordering because it determines how long your order will take. You can add to your order/cancel your order/delete from your order - it's not set in stone until I start cutting your fabric.
Your place on my list is determined by what time you order. And secondly, if you have paid in full by the time I start your order. Payment is required in full by the time I begin your order. You are allowed to make partial payments, just let me know ahead of time. If you are not paid in full then I bump you down the list.
***Note: If you will be placing an order with embroidery or applique work, please choose the Money Order option at time of payment. I will give you a new total that reflects additional charges so that you only send in one paypal payment.
Shipping & International Customers
Shipping is $2.50 per item. All orders over $100 ship FREE! I will ship single & some double items through First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. 3-4 items will ship Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Larger or heavier orders will ship either UPS or Fedex ground with tracking numbers. Insurance is included with UPS or Fedex, but not with USPS. Insurance is optional and recommended as I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items through the mail.
I charge exact shipping for International customers. Please send me an email at time of purchase to let me know.
Our Return Policy
Returns are acceptable within 1 month of ship date (minus shipping costs) for store credit only. Items need to be unwashed and unused. Any nicknames or names added to items are not returnable. Seasonal or holiday items are not returnable. All sales are final on seconds items and are not returnable.
If you should find a defect on a product, please let me know so that I can fix the problem. If it's due to workmomship, I will gladly pay for shipping and repair or replace the product at my discretion. All seconds items are sold "as is" and cannot be fixed.
